  • This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with Print and Design / My Services Studio (“Company”). By placing an order, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

    1. Finality of Sale After Artwork Approval

    1.1. All orders become final and binding upon the Client once the artwork has been reviewed and approved by the Client.
    1.2. Following artwork approval, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted.
    1.3. Production will commence only after artwork approval. The standard production and delivery timeline is ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days thereafter. Any delay in artwork approval by the Client shall correspondingly delay production and delivery timelines.

    2. Product Specifications

    2.1. It is the responsibility of the Client to review all specifications, dimensions, materials, and other relevant details prior to placing an order.
    2.2. The Company shall not be held liable for any mismatch between ordered products and the Client’s existing products or requirements where such mismatch arises from the Client’s failure to review specifications.
    2.3. Clients with questions or clarification requests must contact the Company at sales@printanddesign.ca or +1 (289) 212-1901 prior to order confirmation.

    3. Taxes

    3.1. All orders shall be subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.

    4. Order Cancellations and Refunds

    4.1. Custom Orders

    • 4.1.1. In the event of cancellation prior to artwork approval, the Client shall be entitled to a refund, which will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days.

    • 4.1.2. Cancellations or refund requests after artwork approval shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

    4.2. Non-Custom Orders

    • 4.2.1. Cancellations will be permitted only if the order has not yet been shipped.

    • 4.2.2. If eligible, refunds will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days of cancellation approval.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    5.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays in approval, production, or delivery.
    5.2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company’s sole liability in the case of a valid cancellation or refund request shall be limited to the refund of the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.
