FAQ

1. What is the production timeline?

Standard production time is 10 business days from the date of artwork approval. Any delay in approving artwork will result in a corresponding delay in production.

 

2. Can I cancel my order?

Custom orders: May be canceled only before artwork approval.

Non Custom Orders : always contact customer service Team and we issue credit for the order and you can use in 1 year term. No refunds .

 

3. Do you provide artwork assistance?

Yes. We offer basic artwork adjustments at no additional cost. Advanced or complex design work may be subject to an additional fee and customer will be informed.

 

4. Do you offer samples?

Samples are available upon request. Sample charges may apply depending on the product and qty .only bulk orders we can issue a sample and cost will be applied.

 

5. What should I do if I receive damaged products?

Please email sales@printanddesign.ca with clear photos of the damaged items and your order details. We are dispatching original products and inspections will be happening before the dispatch of all products.

Terms and Condition

1. Order Process

All orders become final upon artwork approval. No changes can be made after approval.

 

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Pricing is valid at the time of quotation and may change without notice.

 

3. Artwork & Specifications

Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming artwork, dimensions, spelling, colours, and all product specifications prior to approval. After the approval ,no changes can be done and will be considered as the order completed.

If we start printing on dye sublimation process, no re printing will be happening and all will be finals production.

if you need any changes to the given artwork ,we have to start from beginning as a new order.

 

4. Cancellations

Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once artwork is approved.

All sales are final and no transferable.

5. Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the order. Pls note courier damages or handling damages will not be covered by the company .

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

We may collect your name, email, phone number, address, artwork files, and order-related details and we assure you the privacy of all products and details.

3. Marketing Communications

By placing an order or subscribing, you consent to receive promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Sharing Information

Information is shared only with trusted service providers involved in fulfilling your order (e.g., shipping carriers, production partners) with the client approval and at the delivery stage.

 

6. Client Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via email.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and produced within 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Pls note bulk orders will be taking agreed timelines.

 

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through, UPS, FedEx, or private carriers based on destination and service availability. Shipping timeline in canada 1-5 business days and US shipping will be depending on the location.(Also this timeline will be changed due to unexpected weather conditions which we cannot control )

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. Pre informed payment will be charged and no extra charges after the delivery.

 

4. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes. We can always assist you with courier notifications.

 

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. And pls note that keep an eye on the delivery as we cannot control the courier company policies and system.

if we do send the orders by company courier services we always give the client contact number and request the signature at the delivery.

Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders

Refunds are available only before artwork approval. Once approved, custom orders are non-refundable.

 

2. Non-Custom Orders

All sales are final and non transferable.

 

3.Damaged Products

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos for assessment. And if it's courier damage we will be helping the customer to sort it with courier as a courtesy.
